Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, meeting prospective customers, and promoting our Home Automation and Industrial Automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Meet homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, electrical consultants, and channel partners to promote company products.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the technical team.
Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, meetings, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
Coordinate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in Home Automation, Industrial Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Security Systems, HVAC, Building Materials, or related industries.
Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
Existing network with builders, architects, interior designers, dealers, or corporate clients will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Smart Home, IoT, CCTV, Access Control, Video Door Phones, Lighting Automation, or Industrial Automation products is preferred.
