Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Female Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in personal training, strength training, weight loss programs, functional workouts, and group fitness sessions. She will be responsible for guiding clients through their fitness journey while ensuring safety, motivation, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and understand client goals.
- Design customized workout plans for weight loss, toning, strength building, and overall fitness.
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Lead group fitness classes including Functional Training, HIIT, Zumba, Aerobics, and Strength Training.
- Monitor client progress and modify workout plans accordingly.
- Educate clients on fitness, recovery, posture correction, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Ensure proper use of gym equipment and maintain safety standards.
- Support clients with motivation, accountability, and goal tracking.
- Coordinate with wellness consultants, physiotherapists, and nutrition experts when required.
- Maintain client records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Assist in promotional events, transformation challenges, and member engagement activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the fitness area.
