Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years

Qualification: Certified Fitness Trainer / Personal Trainer Certification Required

Role Overview

Aakav Fitness Arena is looking for a passionate and certified Gym Trainer who can handle both general training and personal training sessions. The candidate should have good fitness knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate members toward their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• General Training Guide members on proper workout techniques.
• Assist members with gym equipment usage.
• Conduct strength training, cardio, and functional workouts.
• Ensure member safety during workouts.
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness on the gym floor.
• Support members with basic nutrition and fitness guidance.
• Personal Training Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions.
• Create customized workout and transformation plans.
• Track client progress and fitness goals.
• Help clients with weight loss, muscle gain, and overall fitness improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote and manage personal training packages.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of fitness and exercise techniques
• Good communication and motivational skills
• Client handling and customer service skills
• Knowledge of strength training and fat loss programs
• Basic nutrition knowledge
• Requirements Certified Fitness Trainer
• 1–5 years of gym training experience
