Front Desk Executive Sales

Key Responsibilities :

1 Greet and attend to walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner

2 Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms

3 Manage appointment scheduling and studio bookings efficiently

4 Maintain and update client records and database

5 Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules and client requirements

6 Assist clients with basic information about Pilates programs, packages, and studio services

7 Ensure proper follow-ups with clients for appointments and inquiries

8 Handle front desk operations including check-ins and registrations

9 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

10 Support promotional activities and client engagement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1 Graduate (preferred but not mandatory)

2 1–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality roles

3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4 Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

5 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

6 Well-groomed and presentable personality

Preferred Experience :

1 Experience in fitness studios, gyms, wellness centers, or salons

2 Familiarity with Pilates, yoga, or wellness industry
