Job SummaryWe are hiring a skilled Grinder Man for manufacturing and engineering operations in Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for operating grinding machines, finishing metal components, and maintaining precision and quality standards as per production requirements.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and tool grinding machines.
- Grind and finish metal parts according to technical specifications.
- Measure dimensions using gauges, micrometers, and measuring tools.
- Ensure smooth surface finishing and accurate tolerance levels.
- Perform machine setup and routine maintenance.
- Inspect finished products for quality and precision.
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
- Handle raw materials and finished components carefully.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of grinding machine operations.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
- Experience with metal finishing and precision grinding.
- Ability to use measuring instruments accurately.
- Good knowledge of safety practices in manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 3–10 Years in grinding/machining operations.
- Education: ITI/Diploma/10th or 12th pass preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering industries preferred.
