Job Description

Client Assessment: Evaluate clients' fitness levels, health histories, and goals to design safe, personalized workout routines.

Instruction & Supervision: Demonstrate correct form and techniques for strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises.

Progress Tracking: Monitor and record clients' physical and performance improvements, adjusting plans as they reach milestones.

Safety & Hygiene: Enforce gym safety rules, ensure proper equipment usage, and maintain a clean workout area.

Client Retention: Provide high-energy motivation, educate on basic nutrition, and promote the gym's personal training packages.
