Job Description

📢 Hiring – Branch/Field Sales Executive (Home Loan)

Role: Field Sales Executive

Industry: Banking / NBFC / Housing Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for home loan and mortgage products through field visits and references
  • Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, and connectors
  • Guide customers through the home loan application process
  • Collect and verify required documents and KYC
  • Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales preferred
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work in field sales and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of loan documentation and banking products

📍 Location: Gurgaon

💰 Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
