Job Description:

OSP Food & Beverage is looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of high-quality spices. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors to generate sales and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail shops, kirana stores, and distributors in assigned areas

Promote and sell company’s spice products

Generate new leads and onboard new customers

Maintain relationships with existing clients

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Collect payments and ensure timely reporting

Provide market feedback and competitor insights

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

Good communication and convincing skills

Must be comfortable with field work

Own bike & valid driving license preferred

Basic understanding of local market

Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

0–3 years of experience in field sales

Experience in FMCG, spices, or food products will be a plus

Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply
