Job Description

Masaga GRT Group is a 3 star Hotel in Gurgaon.

This is a Hotel Management Level Job. Hotel Experience and Team Management experience is mandatory for this Role.


1.Overall Operations Management

Oversee daily operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Security).

Ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Maintain service quality standards and brand compliance.

2. Ensure Guest experience and Satisfaction.

3. Marketing and Business Development.
