Job Title: HR Executive

About Us: Shaambhavi Bridal Studio Pvt Ltd is a growing apparel and textile manufacturing company. We are looking for a proactive HR executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for factory and office staff (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain attendance and leave records, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs
• Handle statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, and records under the Factories Act
• Manage worker grievances and support a positive shop-floor environment
• Maintain employee files, contracts, and joining/exit documentation
• Coordinate with contractors for contract labour records
• Support welfare activities, safety awareness, and employee engagement

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/garments
• Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, and basic labour laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR record-keeping
• Good communication in Hindi and English
• Ability to handle blue-collar workforce with patience and fairness
