Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter for Blue Collar Hiring to manage bulk hiring requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining of candidates for field and operational roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions
• Source candidates through job portals, field sourcing, references, consultancy networks, and local hiring drives
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Conduct telephonic interviews and explain job roles clearly
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining
• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and candidate database
• Ensure target-based closures within deadlines
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for hiring updates
• Resolve candidate queries related to joining, salary, and work location

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability

• Knowledge of job portals like Naukri.com, Work India, Job Hai, Apna social media hiring, and references
• Basic MS Excel and email drafting knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
