Job Description (JD) – Bulk Hiring Recruiter (Home Appliance Technicians) Position: Recruiter – Bulk Hiring Location: Sector 89, Gurugram Industry: Home Appliance Services Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter who specializes in bulk hiring and can efficiently source, screen, and onboard Home Appliance Technicians. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment and possess strong sourcing capabilities through job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Home Appliance Technicians and related field-service roles.

Handle bulk hiring requirements while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, local networks, and field recruitment drives.

Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.

Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with selected candidates for documentation, joining, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technicians across multiple locations.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies to meet urgent hiring requirements.

Generate recruitment reports and share hiring progress with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bulk hiring, blue-collar hiring, or field-force hiring.

Experience hiring technicians, service engineers, delivery executives, field staff, or similar profiles will be preferred.

Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed, WorkIndia, Job Hai, etc.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Preferred Experience Bulk hiring for Home Appliance Services, Consumer Durables, Facility Management, Telecom, Logistics, or Service Industry.

Experience hiring technicians for appliances such as:

Air Conditioners (AC)

Refrigerators

Washing Machines

Microwave Ovens

Water Purifiers

Geysers

Kitchen Appliances

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of positions closed monthly.

Time-to-hire.

Candidate joining ratio.

Retention of hired candidates.

Quality of hires and fulfillment of hiring targets.
