Job Description
JD for HR Recruiter
We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage recruitment for showroom and service center staff including sales executives, telecallers, service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Handle joining formalities and documentation
- Maintain recruitment records and employee data
- Support onboarding and employee coordination
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
- 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Automobile dealership experience preferred
