Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while ensuring timely closure of positions and maintaining recruitment databases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for different departments

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities

• Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies when required

• Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding processes

• Ensure timely hiring as per business requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience (real estate experience preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of job portals and hiring platforms

• Strong coordination and organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools

Preferred Skills:

• Negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets

• Team handling and coordination abilities
