HR Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join Equinox Settlements LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate engagement, and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

* Understand hiring requirements from management and department heads.

* Create job postings on hiring platforms.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases.

* Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates.

* Conduct initial HR screening calls.

* Coordinate interviews with management.

* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

* Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

HR Operations Support

* Assist in employee documentation and joining formalities.

* Support attendance, employee engagement, and HR coordination activities.

* Maintain employee databases and recruitment reports.

* MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.

* Experience in recruitment, staffing, BPO hiring, startup hiring, or operations hiring preferred.
