Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and interview coordination
- Manage onboarding and employee records
- Maintain attendance and leave data
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR processes
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
