Job Description
Role Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and employee coordination processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, professional behaviour, and the ability to handle hiring activities eAiciently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle including screening, shortlisting, and initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Handle employee oAboarding and exit processes.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
- Coordinate with departments regarding hiring requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1–2 Years.
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks eAiciently.
