Job Title: Data Analyst – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

Location Bengaluru (Hybrid)

About: the RoleAstranova Labs is looking for a Data Analyst to support the implementation and configuration of Citadel Identity360, our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. The role involves working closely with enterprise customers to configure the platform, onboard applications, analyse identity data, validate integrations, and support successful deployments.

We are looking for professionals with a strong analytical mindset and a willingness to learn a modern cloud-native IGA platform.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure Citadel Identity360 based on customer requirements.
• Perform identity data analysis, cleansing, mapping, correlation, and validation.
• Configure application onboarding, connectors, attribute mappings, and synchronization schedules.
• Configure Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) workflows.
• Configure access requests, approval workflows, access reviews, certifications, and governance policies.
• Validate integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, HRMS, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Analyse reports, identify data anomalies, and troubleshoot configuration issues.
• Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and provide implementation support.
• Prepare implementation documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Required Skills2–5 years of experience in Identity Governance (IGA), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Analysis, or Enterprise Application implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working with Excel and analysing large datasets.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and CSV-based integrations.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar identity repositories.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Working knowledge of Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego (willing to learn).

Preferred QualificationsCandidates with prior experience on one or more of the following IGA platforms will be preferred:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud
• Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud
• Oracle Identity Governance
• OpenIAM
• Other Identity Governance or Identity Administration solutions

Candidates should be willing to learn and work on Citadel Identity360, Astranova Labs’ next-generation Identity Governance platform.

• Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant IAM/IGA certifications are an added advantage.
