Roles and Responsibilities oh HR :-
- Hiring and Recruitment Source,screen and hire candidates (Telecallers, BDE'S,Ops) quickly.
- Onboarding :Managing joining,documentation and employee induction.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor daily targets, attendance and team productivity.
- HR Operations: Handle policies,payrollcoordination and employee records.
- Social Media Management: Manage Linkedln/Instagram, post hiring updates,products,company activities.
- Employee Engagement : Maintain discipline,reduce attrition and build positive work culture.
