Injection Molding Shift Incharge

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Injection Moulding production during the assigned shift.
• Monitor machine parameters, cycle time, and production output.
• Ensure product quality and minimize rejection.
• Handle mould changeovers and machine start-up/shutdown.
• Manage operators, helpers, and shift manpower.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain production reports and documentation.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and SOP compliance.

• Preferred Experience4–8 years in Injection Moulding Production.
• Experience in manufacturing water bottles, PET jars, caps & closures, or other plastic household products.
• Diploma/ITI/B.Tech (Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, or related field) preferred.
