Inside Sales Executive


Location: Gurgaon 

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 + Incentives


Rudra Shield is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to handle client follow-ups, lead coordination, WhatsApp communication, and sales support activities for our security solutions business.


Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with incoming leads 

• Coordinate with clients over phone and WhatsApp 

• Support sales conversions and appointment scheduling 

• Maintain proper client communication and updates 

• Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams 

• Handle basic customer queries professionally 


Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English 

• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups 

• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp handling skills 

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn 

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply 


Preferred Skills:
