Job Description
Interior Site Supervisor - Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Role:
Oversee all on-site activities ensuring interior work is executed as per design, quality standards,
timelines, and budget while coordinating between designers, vendors, and labor teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily fit-out works (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting).
• Ensure work follows drawings, specs & quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate between design, procurement & contractors.
• Inspect materials, ensure safety & maintain site cleanliness.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports & highlight delays.
• Address site concerns.
• Maintain site records & close snag lists.
• Solve on-site issues quickly without compromising quality.
Skills & Qualities:
• Knowledge of interior materials & execution techniques.
• Ability to read drawings & manage teams.
• Eye for detail, good communication & reporting skills.
