Job Title: International IT Sales Agent 

*Salary: 25000 - to 35000/- in Hand + incentive* 

*Salary Depends on candidate Profile / Experience / Skills & Last Salary* 

Location: Gurgaon Sec-37

Experience : Minimum 1 year of core experience in Telesales/ International Sales / BPO / IT Sales.

Preference: Male Candidates only

Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri (5 Days Working) 

Shift Timing – 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM + Travel Allowance Provided

Facility: Dinner provided by the company

*About the Role*

We are looking for dynamic, confident, and result-driven IT Sales Agents who have hands-on experience in international telesales and IT services selling. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Web Development and IT Solutions in the international market.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and proven experience in lead generation and deal closing.

*Key Responsibilities*

•Handle international calls to identify potential business opportunities and pitch IT services such as Website Development, Software Solutions, and Digital Services.

•Generate high-quality leads, conduct follow-ups with prospects, and convert them into paying clients.

•Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, requirement understanding, negotiation, and deal closure.

•Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients for repeat business.

•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

•Maintain proper sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.

•Identify and acquire new international clients to expand the company’s business network.
