Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales activities. • Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and online meetings. • Manage and track sales opportunities through CRM. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets. • Conduct product demonstrations and explain value propositions effectively. • Develop long-term relationships with clients and address their queries. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. • Drive end-to-end sales processes, including follow-ups, negotiations, and closures. Desired Skills & Qualifications • Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply). • 0–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, EdTech Sales, Insurance Sales, or related domains. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. • Strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
