Job Description – Inventory Management
Location: Gurugram
Industry: Cloud Kitchen / Food & Beverage
About the Role We are seeking a smart, proactive, detail-oriented Inventory Management professional to oversee inventory operations across cloud kitchen outlets. The role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring uninterrupted kitchen operations, minimizing wastage, and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end inventory across all cloud kitchen locations.
• Maintain stock inward, outward, transfers and consumption records.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification.
• Perform stock reconciliation and investigate variances.
• Track raw materials, packaging material, cleaning supplies and consumables.
• Monitor reorder levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Control food cost, inventory loss and wastage.
• Maintain GRN, stock registers and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen, warehouse, procurement and finance teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Support internal/external audits and ensure SOP compliance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities for inventory accuracy.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management & Stock Control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, IF, COUNTIF, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Filters, Report Preparation).
• Stock Reconciliation & Physical Stock Verification.
• Knowledge of ERP/POS/Inventory software preferred.
• Good analytical, numerical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Smart, proactive, quick learner with strong ownership.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain/Commerce preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Store or Supply Chain.
• Experience in Cloud Kitchen, Restaurant, QSR or F&B; industry preferred. Key Competencies Time Management
