Job Description
To manage complete lifecycle of IT inventory along with billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups, ensuring smooth rental operations, accurate billing, and timely collections.
Maintain stock of:
- Laptops, desktops, servers
- Spare parts (RAM, SSD, adapters, etc.)
Track:
- Inward / outward movement
- Client-wise asset allocation
Ensure real-time inventory accuracy
Track assets from:
- Purchase → Deployment → Return → Repair → Reallocation
Maintain:
- Asset tagging (Barcode/QR)
- Condition reports
- Billing & Invoice Generation (NEW – IMPORTANT)Generate invoices for:
- Monthly rentals
- One-time charges (installation, logistics, repairs)
- Ensure:
- Correct pricing as per agreement/PO
- GST compliance
- Maintain:
- Client-wise billing records
- Invoice tracking sheet
- 💰 5. Payment Follow-ups & Collections (NEW – CRITICAL)Track:
- Outstanding payments
- Due dates (as per contract)
- Follow-up with clients via:
- Calls
- Coordinate with accounts team for:
- Payment reconciliation
- Prepare:
- Aging reports (30/60/90 days)
👉 Goal: Reduce outstanding and improve cash flow
