We're looking for a Junior Interior Designer with a strong design eye and passion for tiles to lead our tile sales team. You'll help customers choose the right tiles for their spaces, manage a small team, and hit monthly sales targets. Great opportunity to grow into a senior sales leadership role.

Who Should Apply

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Good knowledge of tile types — ceramic, porcelain, vitrified, designer tiles

Comfortable with basic geometry — area calculation, wastage, layout patterns

Good communication skills and genuine interest in building/home products

1–3 years of experience in interior design, tile sales, or building materials (preferred, not mandatory)

What You'll Do

Help customers pick tiles based on their space, budget, and design taste

Calculate area and wastage; suggest the right quantities

Prepare quotations for large orders and handle pricing queries

Upsell related products — mirrors, vanities, accessories

Lead a small team: set daily targets, run a 15-min morning huddle, train new joiners

Keep the tile display area updated and visually appealing

Maintain all leads, follow-ups, and inventory in CRM/Odoo

Stay updated on new tile trends, finishes, and competitor pricing
