Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer/Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and interior design, with excellent creative, technical, and project management skills. You will play a key role in conceptualising, designing, and executing high-end residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development:

• Develop innovative and functional design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals.

• Prepare detailed design plans, mood boards, and presentations.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Create and manage detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD (2D).

• Develop 3D visualizations using 3D Max, V-Ray, or equivalent software to communicate design concepts.

• Utilize Photoshop and other graphic tools to enhance presentations and proposals.

3. Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.

4. Site Supervision:

• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed accurately.

• Resolve on-site challenges and provide timely solutions.

5. Software Proficiency:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), 3D Max (with V-Ray/Corona), and Photoshop.

• Familiarity with other design tools such as SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

6. Team Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor junior team members.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of residential, commercial, and corporate projects.

• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and industry trends.

• Strong communication and client presentation skills.
