Job Title: Commi III (Commis 3)Department: Kitchen Operations

Job Summary:A Commi III is an entry-level kitchen staff member responsible for assisting in basic food preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. They work under the supervision of senior chefs and help ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in food preparation such as cutting, chopping, and marinating ingredients
• Follow instructions given by the Commi I, Commi II, and Head Chef
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Ensure proper storage of food items as per safety standards
• Wash utensils, kitchen equipment, and workstations
• Support in packing and plating food items as required
• Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines
• Ensure timely preparation of ingredients for cooking
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Freshers can apply (basic kitchen knowledge preferred)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen department
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety
