Job Description: Laser Machine Operator (Metal Cutting)
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Location: Kadipur Industrial Area Gurgaon
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Job Summary
Fabrication House is looking for a skilled Laser Machine Operator to operate CNC laser cutting machines for metal fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for accurate cutting, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth machine operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC laser cutting machines for metal sheets (MS, SS, Aluminum, etc.)
Read and understand technical drawings / blueprints
Set machine parameters (speed, power, gas settings)
Load and unload raw materials and finished products
Perform quality inspection of cut parts
Monitor machine performance and handle minor troubleshooting
Maintain daily production records
Ensure machine cleanliness and basic maintenance
Follow all safety guidelines
Required Skills
Knowledge of CNC / laser cutting machines
Ability to read engineering drawings
Understanding of sheet metal fabrication
Attention to detail
Basic troubleshooting ability
Teamwork and discipline
Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience
Working Conditions
Factory / manufacturing environment
Physically active role (standing, material handling)
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Knowledge of AutoCAD or CNC programming
Experience with different metal cutting processes
Basic machine maintenance knowledge
