Job Title: Injection Moulding Shift Incharge

Location: Bhiwadi

Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Shift Incharge to manage shift operations, ensure smooth production, and maintain quality standards in the moulding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete shift operations of injection moulding machines

Monitor production targets and ensure timely output

Supervise machine operators and shop floor workers

Ensure product quality as per standards

Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues

Maintain proper documentation and shift reports

Ensure adherence to safety and compliance norms

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams

Requirements:

Experience in plastic injection moulding

Knowledge of mould setting, process parameters, and troubleshooting

Ability to handle manpower and shift planning

Basic knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures

Good leadership and communication skills

Qualification:

12th Pass / Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Mechanical / Plastic / Production)

Preferred:

Experience in automotive or plastic manufacturing industry

Immediate joiners preferred
