UK LEAD GENERATION PROCESS-

We are seeking dynamic professionals with *1–7 years of outbound sales experience* in international markets (US, UK, Australia). Prior exposure to *UK/US Lead Generation or Sales* is highly preferred. This role demands proactive outreach, persuasive communication, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

### 🔑 Key Responsibilities

- Execute outbound sales campaigns across US, UK, and Australian markets.  

- Generate and nurture leads in the *Energy & Telecom verticals*.  

- Engage prospects with clear, persuasive communication to drive conversions.  

- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and sales goals.  

- Record and manage outreach activity using CRM tools.  

- Apply UK sales knowledge to strengthen market penetration.  

- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives.  

### 🎯 Qualifications & Skills

- 1–7 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.  

- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Ability to convert prospects via outbound channels.  

- Familiarity with *UK/US Sales or Lead Generation* is an advantage.
