Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize leads from various sources including website forms, emails, Excel sheets, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update all lead data accurately in CRM systems or tracking tools
- Connect with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email and respond to inquiries professionally
- Assign and distribute leads to the respective team members as per management guidelines
- Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups with both customers and internal teams
- Coordinate with sales managers to ensure proper lead handling and conversion
- Maintain clear records of communication and lead status
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring no lead is missed or delayed
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (comfortable for both phone)
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, email, and WhatsApp
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage follow-ups and coordinate across teams
- Basic understanding of financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans) is a plus
- Prior experience in lead management, telecalling, or customer support preferred
