Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Government Liaisoning:
Coordinate with multiple departments such as DTCP, Fire, PWD, HUDA, MCG, GMDA,
HSPCB, Forest, and other statutory bodies for obtaining necessary permissions, NOCs,
and licenses.
Regulatory Applications & Approvals:
Prepare and process online and offline applications for CLU, NOC, RERA, License,
Building Plan, Demarcation, Fire Scheme/NOC, and Occupation Certificate.
Documentation & File Preparation:
Draft and compile complete documentation and technical submissions as required by
different government agencies. Ensure accuracy and completeness of files before
submission.
Site Visits & Coordination:
Conduct site surveys and field visits with concerned officers. Ensure that site data aligns
with drawings and records submitted to departments.
Technical Coordination:
Work in coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure that all plans
and drawings meet government norms and technical specifications.
Review & Verification:
Review technical drawings, plans, specifications, and contracts for compliance and
accuracy before submission.
Land Record Management:
Verify and update land ownership records, prepare land shajra, site plans, and
demarcation documents. Maintain updated land inventory data.
Compliance & Record Keeping:
Maintain a systematic record of all applications, approvals, correspondence, and followups
with authorities. Ensure all activities comply with applicable rules and regulations.
Communication & Reporting:
Liaise effectively with government officials, internal teams, and management. Provide
regular updates and progress reports on applications and approvals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of land and building regulations, approval procedures, and statutory
norms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in handling online portals for government applications.
Strong organizational, coordination, and record management skills.
Ability to handle multiple approvals and departments simultaneously.
Sound understanding of drawings, layouts, and documentation related to land and
building permissions.
2/4 wheeler is a must, with valid DL and experience to drive in crowded places,
especially Delhi-NCR.
