Job Description
We're hiring a MacBook Repair Technician for MobMistri (Gurgaon), a business dealing in premium open-box and pre-owned Apple products.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair MacBook hardware issues (logic board faults, display, battery, keyboard/trackpad, ports)
- Handle precision part replacement using proper tools
- Quality-check every unit before resale or return to customer
- Maintain repair logs and flag recurring fault patterns
Who can apply:
- Experienced MacBook/Apple repair technicians — full salary
- General laptop repair technicians willing to be trained on Apple-specific standards — trainee track at 50% salary during training, moving to full salary after certification
ITI/Diploma in electronics preferred but not mandatory. What matters most: steady hands, precision, and genuine comfort working with small components.
