Job Description

Maintenance electricians

Education - ITI/Diploma (electrical) 

Experience required 8-10 year

Desirable - air conditioning manufacturing companies experience

Profile- 

1. Read and understand machines electrical drawing

2. Troubleshooting & rectification of plant machines breakdowns ( fin press, expander, hair pin bender, refrigerant gas charging, vacuum station, strapping machines, welding machines, assy lines) 

3. Preventive & predictive maintenance

4. Troubleshooting and rectification of electrical breakdowns

5. Maintaining utility records and logbooks

6. Electrical wiring and panel maintenance

7. Basic knowledge of hydraulics, gearbox, and coupling systems

8. PLC Knowledge: Mitsubishi, Delta, Schneider, Siemens, Omron,

9. Drive Knowledge: Mitsubishi, Delta, Schneider,

10. Industrial electrical maintenance and automatio
