Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Basai Industrial Area, Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on metal components using MIG welding techniques, ensuring durability and precision as per technical specifications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals
• Set up welding machines, select proper welding parameters, and maintain equipment
• Inspect welded joints for quality, strength, and finish
• Carry out grinding, finishing, and minor fabrication work when required
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
• Coordinate with supervisors and production team to meet daily targets
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in MIG welding
• Good knowledge of welding techniques and tools
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment
• Basic understanding of safety procedures
• Preferred SkillsExperience in sheet metal or fabrication industry
• Ability to handle multiple welding tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
