Job Description
Job Summary:
Operate M1TR (Turret Milling) machines to machine components as per drawings and quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Operate M1TR milling machines.
- Read engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Set up jobs, fixtures, and cutting tools.
- Perform drilling, milling, slotting, and machining operations.
- Inspect components using measuring instruments.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic upkeep.
- Follow quality and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- ITI Machinist/Turner/Fitter or equivalent.
- Experience operating conventional milling machines preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring tools.
Experience: 1–5 years
