Job Description
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting daily office operations, and assisting staff with basic administrative and logistical tasks.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms)
Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Assist in delivering and collecting documents within and outside the office
Manage pantry supplies and ensure stock availability
Help in setting up meeting rooms for conferences or meetings
Support office staff in basic day-to-day tasks
Ensure proper use and care of office equipment
