We are looking for a smart, responsible, and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily office operations, coordinating with clients and site teams, and maintaining proper records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete back office operations.
- Handle recruitment and hiring of employees.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain customer follow-ups.
- Collect and maintain customer feedback.
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and other official documents.
- Maintain project status and update work progress regularly.
- Prepare daily work reports and submit management updates.
- Coordinate with site engineers and field staff.
- Maintain employee attendance, wages, and payroll records.
- Handle inventory and office documentation.
- Maintain Excel reports, MIS, and data records.
- Coordinate through Email, WhatsApp, and Phone Calls.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience in back office, HR, administration, or office coordination will be preferred.
Qualification:
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- 1–3 years of experience in Back Office / Office Administration (Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply).
Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector-56
Salary: As per experience.
