Online Marketing Executive

We are looking for a driven and analytical Marketplace Growth Manager to own and scale our brand presence across leading online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant platforms. This role is responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations — from listing and cataloguing to advertising, pricing strategy, and revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other assigned marketplaces
• Own product listings — titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and SEO optimization
• Ensure accurate inventory levels, pricing, and availability across all platforms

Growth & Revenue

• Develop and execute strategies to grow GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and market share
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and onboard the brand onto emerging platforms
• Monitor and optimize conversion rates, click-through rates, and ranking positions

Advertising & Promotions

• Plan and manage sponsored ads, deals, and campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Drive participation in platform events — Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, End of Reason Sale, etc.
• Manage promotional budgets and ensure positive ROI

Account & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact with marketplace account managers
• Resolve escalations related to account health, policy violations, or listing suppression
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and policy updates

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report key metrics: sales, ACOS/ROAS, inventory turns, returns, and ratings
• Conduct competitor analysis and pricing benchmarking regularly
• Use data to drive decisions on pricing, assortment, and ad spend
• ✅ Required Qualifications3–6 years of hands-on experience managing seller/vendor accounts on Amazon India, Flipkart, and/or Myntra
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and ad platforms
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with marketplace analytics tools
• Demonstrated track record of growing revenue on marketplaces
• ⭐ Preferred QualificationsExperience with marketplace tools like Unicommerce, Vinculum, SellerApp, or Helium 10
• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer goods categories
• Familiarity with D2C brand ecosystems and omnichannel retail
