Job Description
Daily property rounds — check cleanliness, food quality, maintenance, security, resident grievances
Coordinate with Property Managers, housekeeping, kitchen staff, and security teams
Vendor management — electrician, plumber, pest control, RO, AC, WiFi
Track and close maintenance tickets within SLA
Handle resident escalations and complaints; ensure resolution
Support move-in / move-out and refund processes per SOP
Report daily to Operations Head with property status, issues, and action items
Assist with audits — fire safety, billing, inventory, asset register
Must-Have Skills
- Own two-wheeler with valid DL (mandatory — field role)
- Fluent Hindi + working English
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable with WhatsApp-based coordination and CRM tools (Zoho / Crib experience a plus)
- Hands-on, problem-solving attitude — willing to be on-ground, not desk-bound
