Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers (individuals, SMEs, businesses)

  • Pitch banking products and explain benefits
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and suggest suitable products
  • Ensure account opening documentation & KYC compliance
  • Cross-sell additional products (loans, insurance, etc.)
  • Track performance metrics like:
  • Number of accounts opened
  • Deposit value (CA/SA balances)
  • Revenue/fees generated
