Job Description

Job Title: Pre-Sales & Customer Relationship Executive


Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic, disciplined Female candidate for a Pre-Sales and Lead Generation role. You will be responsible for calling existing and new customers across India to identify requirements and build professional relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to existing and potential customers to scout for new requirements.
  • Online scouting for new leads using LinkedIn and industrial portals based on specific industry segments.
  • Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule with clients to ensure no requirement is missed.
  • Proficiency in MIS/Reporting: Daily maintenance of call logs, lead trackers, and requirement sheets in Excel.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to pass on qualified leads.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-3 years in Pre-sales, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Languages: Fluent Hindi and English. Knowledge of an additional regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Marathi/Kannada/Gujarati ) will be an advantage.
  • Skills: Goal-oriented, focused, and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to operate across a Pan-India market.
