Job Title: Primary and Pr-Primary Teacher
Location: Little Leaders School, Sector 70, Gurugram
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday| 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM and on Saturday| 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be confident, patient, child-centric, and capable of creating an engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and overall development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per curriculum guidelines
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor and assess students’ academic and social development
- Maintain discipline while encouraging creativity and participation
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
- Organize and participate in school activities, events, and meetings
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and student performance
- Support the overall development of children including emotional, social, and intellectual growth
Required Skills & Qualities
- Confident personality with strong classroom management skills
- Good English communication (verbal and written)
- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
- Patience and understanding towards young learners
- Strong knowledge of child development principles
- Ability to engage effectively with students and parents
- Creative teaching methodologies and activity-based learning approach
- Team player with professional ethics
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate with PTT / B.Ed / D.Ed (preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome to apply
- Relevant teaching experience will be an added advantage
