Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday| 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM and on Saturday| 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be confident, patient, child-centric, and capable of creating an engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and overall development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per curriculum guidelines
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess students’ academic and social development
• Maintain discipline while encouraging creativity and participation
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
• Organize and participate in school activities, events, and meetings
• Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and student performance
• Support the overall development of children including emotional, social, and intellectual growth

Required Skills & Qualities

• Confident personality with strong classroom management skills
• Good English communication (verbal and written)
• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
• Patience and understanding towards young learners
• Strong knowledge of child development principles
• Ability to engage effectively with students and parents
• Creative teaching methodologies and activity-based learning approach
• Team player with professional ethics

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate with PTT / B.Ed / D.Ed (preferred)
• Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome to apply
• Relevant teaching experience will be an added advantage
