Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Supervise silicone label and PVC label manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
  • Monitor raw material consumption and inventory.
  • Coordinate with design, sampling, quality, and dispatch departments.
  • Manage machine operators and production staff.
  • Maintain product quality standards and minimize rejection rates.
  • Troubleshoot production issues related to molding, coloring, curing, embossing, and finishing.
  • Implement safety and housekeeping procedures.
  • Prepare production reports and efficiency analysis.

Required Skills:

  • Must know how to operate dispensing machine and silicone machines 
  • Knowledge of silicone rubber and PVC label manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of molds, color matching, curing parameters, and quality control.
  • Production planning and manpower management.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and machine troubleshooting.

• Leadership and team management skills.
