QA / QC Manager

Job Title: QA/QC ManagerLocation: Basai Industrial Area, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes in our manufacturing facility located in Basai Industrial Area, Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, implementing quality systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies and procedures
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Lead inspection and testing activities for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with IATF 16949-2016 standards
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
• Coordinate with production, design, and supply chain teams for quality improvements
• Train and supervise QA/QC team members
• Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in QA/QC in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, SPC, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis)
• Experience with IATF 16949-2016 or other relevant quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in automotive, fabrication, or precision engineering industry
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma concepts
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)

Salary:₹34,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
