Qcommerce Expert

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Q-Commerce Expert to drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall performance across our quick commerce channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Q-commerce platforms, and experience in scaling operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the overall growth strategy for Q-commerce operations

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale operations

- Analyze performance metrics (sales, conversion, inventory, etc.) and optimize processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) for business expansion

- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

- Lead key projects focused on revenue growth and operational excellence

- Hands-on experience in SOR & OR models with strong understanding of inventory and order flow optimization (mandatory)

Requirements

- 1-2years of experience in Q-commerce / E-commerce / D2C operations

- Strong understanding of platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.

- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, dashboards, metrics tracking)

- Experience in inventory management, demand planning, or growth strategy

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have

- Experience in D2C brands / FMCG / wellness space

- Exposure to performance marketing or category growth
