Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Growth Manager to drive growth across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now, Flipkart Minutes, and other quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience scaling FMCG or consumer brands through strong platform management, data analysis, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across quick commerce platforms.
  • Build relationships with category managers and platform teams.
  • Plan promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, and stock availability.
  • Track key metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce.
  • Experience with FMCG/Food/Nutrition brands preferred.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
