Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: On-Site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Reporting To: Sales Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales. The role involves generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting property site visits, and assisting clients throughout the property buying process.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and site visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent client handling and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to conduct property site visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Positive attitude and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) is preferred.
Eligibility:
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, real estate, customer service, or business development will be preferred.
- Gurgaon-based candidates will be given preference.
