Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Reporting To: Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales. The role involves generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting property site visits, and assisting clients throughout the property buying process.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:    

• Connect with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions and site visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:      

• Basic knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent client handling and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to conduct property site visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
• Positive attitude and professional personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) is preferred.

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, real estate, customer service, or business development will be preferred.
• Gurgaon-based candidates will be given preference.
